A ton of coverage this morning, post-epic-Emmy win, so we’ll try to whittle it down to the bare essentials.  For those what-did-she-wear fiends, see The New York Times’ generally awesome photo gallery of the Emmy arrivals.  Someone got an A+ in their Colorwheel 101 class.

We can’t tell you how excited we were when she won – it’s right up there with the year Gillian Anderson won her Emmy for The X-Files.  And we weren’t the only ones – for some reason, we got a huge kick out of seeing actors tweeting their congratulations to Jane Lynch.

More than being tickled pink for reasons yet unknown, celebrity tweets tell us things.  Like the fact that Jane Lynch will go on Ellen’s show in September.

YEAH we can’t wait either!!
