We know, Jane has been all over the news lately, interviews here and there. We’re still trying to catch them all, but within that net, we try to filter out the good stuff from the bad. Here’s one that is pretty good: a quick and easy Q & A in the UK’s Mirror. Here, she talks about the ogre she will play in the new Shrek movie (Shrek Forever After, also starring – wait for it – Megan Fox. Woo. …). Our favorite answer is the one she has in response to the question about what makes her laugh:
I laugh almost every day at the word fupa – I don’t know if you know what it means. It’s a reference to the fat right about the groin area. I laugh at myself a lot. I find myself endlessly entertaining. I’m clumsy and I trip, and I move too fast, and I run into walls. That makes me chortle. I love fart jokes too.
Who doesn’t love a good fart joke!
The oddest question, we thought, was when they asked Jane about playing a “cougar” in The 40 Year Old Virgin. Um, really? If the prey is 40 years old, how old must the woman be? Whatever it is, that’s not Jane.
In totally unrelated news, while we were half-watching The Matrix: Revolutions (man, was that a bad, bad movie), we saw Jane Lynch with Julia Louis-Dreyfus in a second Healthy Choice commercial. We’ll try to get our hands on it, but, for now, enjoy the first one below.
WHAT TO DO NOW?
