This is a Glee spot featuring our loveable Sue Sylvester (track suit color count: red with white stripes) and Will Schuester promoting a special double feature of Glee a few days ago.  The rest of the Glee cast in the clip helpfully reminds us that The Simpsons is celebrating yet another anniversary and, more importantly, that Glee: The Road to Sectionals is out on Tuesday.  Thanks, Glee!
