We’re not sure what this award is, but the statue of a dude holding up the DISH Network symbol looks pretty cool: Jane Lynch was just nominated by the International Press Academy (comprised of over 100 entertainment journalists) in the “Actress in a supporting role in a series, miniseries, or motion picture for television” category for her role as Sue Sylvester in Glee. In doubly cool news, it’s going to be lezzie-a-lezzie in this field, as Cherry Jones also was nominated for her portrayal of President Allison Taylor in 24 (unrelated, but related: we can not wait to see Katee Sackhoff in the upcoming season After a four year hiatus, we might finally come back to watch all 24 hours of the show.). Overall, Glee garnered five nominations, which we dearly hope was not on the basis of last week’s episode.
